Next Steps

To complete your application please do all of the following. Note, the application deadline is April 21, 2008 and all of the following items as well as your completed application are due by that date. Don't miss it!

1. Download the following reference forms and give them to the appropriate people.

2. Download and fill out the morality questionnaire.

3. Create a video interview answering the following questions.

  1. Tell how and when you became a Christian and about your personal growth in Christ.
  2. Who has made the biggest impact on your life, besides the Lord? Explain.
  3. List and explain three of your strengths.
  4. List and explain three of your weaknesses.
