If so, then you need to apply now for the upcoming 2010 CSMI Season.

Here's How!

The application and screening for acceptance into the Colorado Sports Ministry Institute is a prayerful, step-by-step process designed to determine if sports ministry and this program are a match for the gifts God has blessed you with.

Application deadline, including references, is due no later than April 9, 2010.

If your heart and prayers show you that CSMI is for you, complete the CSMI Application and follow the "How to respond" instructions in the Job Description to complete and submit your application.

  1. Ask your references to fill out the appropriate reference below.
  2. When your application and all references are completed, notify Lee James that your materials are ready by sending an email to: csmi@fca.org.

Once we have received your Full application (Application Form and References) you will be contacted for a phone interview.

Step 4

With successful completion of the initial interview, you will receive personal instructions to access the online profiles at Get On Purpose to fill out two career assessments. Your expected cost for these profiles will be approximately $150.

Following review of your assessments by the CSMI staff, you will participate in a second phone interview with CSMI leadership to discuss your profile results and how they reflect your fit for success in the CSMI model and Colorado FCA structure.

Applicants with a successful assessment and application outcome will receive a personal invitation to join us in Denver, Colorado on May 28-30 for our 2010 CSMI Orientation Weekend!
